WhatsApp/Wazzup integration

Instructions for connecting integration with WhatsApp via the WazzUp service for notifications.

1. You need to register a personal account in WazzUp. This can be done using this link .The supplier provides a free period of use – 3 days, after which a subscription is paid. View WAZZUP tariffs .

2. After completing registration, go to the menu item “Channels”, click “Add channel” and select “WhatsApp”. Follow the onscreen instructions to add a WhatsApp channel for your phone number.

Once the connection is set, you’ll see your phone number in the list of channels.

Now, you need to connect WhatsApp to your Eduncy CRM module. To do that, go to the Integration with CRM tab and click Eduncy.

Establish the connection by typing the CRM URL

After clicking Add you will be redirected to our login page

Enter your Credentials and click Sign-in

Note: When you sign-in you have to login as an Admin

Now you are connected
