How to Add a New Department

The Department feature in the system allows users to manage departmental information within the university.

  • Navigate to the Departments Section:

    • On the left-hand side menu, locate and click on “Departments” under the “Info System” category.

  • Open the Add Department Window:

    • Click on the “Add Department” button, which is located in the top right corner of the Departments page.

  • Enter the Department Details:

    • Name: Enter the name of the department in the provided field.

    • Language: Optionally, select the language for the department name from the dropdown menu if applicable.

  • Submit the Department Information:

    • After filling in the required fields, click the “Submit” button at the bottom of the window.

    • If the “Submit” button is not active, ensure that you have completed all the required fields.
