The Department feature in the system allows users to manage departmental information within the university.

Navigate to the Departments Section: - 
On the left-hand side menu, locate and click on “Departments” under the “Info System” category.

Open the Add Department Window: - 
Click on the “Add Department” button, which is located in the top right corner of the Departments page.

Enter the Department Details: - 
Name: Enter the name of the department in the provided field. 
- 
Language: Optionally, select the language for the department name from the dropdown menu if applicable.

Submit the Department Information: - 
After filling in the required fields, click the “Submit” button at the bottom of the window.

If the “Submit” button is not active, ensure that you have completed all the required fields.
